• Project Karnav does not sell products or services; any charges are solely to cover administrative costs.

UdānSeed is an education, training, and allied services provider, involved in conducting various professional education programs, that lead to the award of certain Diplomas, Certificates, Post Graduate Certificates (hereafter referred to as “Certification” or “Certificate”), upon successful completion by the enrolled candidates. The award will be given by Jivanamasteya Trust under its UdānSeed Project.

UdānSeed or Jivanamasteya.org is by itself NOT a University, and the use of the term “UdānSeed” is a coined term used as a brand name for convenience purposes only and is not to mean or be interpreted as a University under any applicable Indian laws.

Through the Site, www.jivanamasteya.org offers online and offline courses, programs, or other offerings in specific areas of study or on particular topics (each, a “Program”). www.jivanamasteya.org reserves the right to cancel, reschedule any Program, or modify its content as well as the point value or weight of any assignment, exam, or other evaluation of progress that may be provided in connection with Programs offered. Programs offered are subject to the Agreements, including without limitation the Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability sections of various agreements.

You will not receive academic credit from UdānSeed, a program of www.jivanamasteya.org, or any other Educational Partner for taking a Program. Definition of Guarantee

The UdānSeed Guarantee Program covers:

• Assisting entrepreneurs/students in setting up and starting their business, making it operational in terms of legal setup, appropriate management functions, and necessary learning resources, to enable them to grow to their fullest capacity excluding fees, costs and legal expenses.
• The program does not cover any monetary or material profit guarantee. The intention of the program is social and not for profit, aiming to support social entrepreneurship and the objectives of the trust.
• We put our best efforts into assisting entrepreneurs, but the ultimate outcome depends on the capacity, skill, and talent of the student entrepreneur. The results may vary from case to case. When the business is legally set up and operationalized, with necessary setups like name, logo, product specification, and business planning, the guarantee will be considered as delivered. It is essential to get support from the entrepreneur to make business operations successful.
• NGO may cover specific expenses if the same is communicated in writing physical or electronically specific to the candidate on his email or support portal.
• Communication must be carried out via the support portal on https://jivanamasteya.org, and any communication made outside of it will be null and void.
• Time for delivery of the guarantee may vary depending on the cooperation received from the entrepreneur.

I further certify that I am [18 years of age or older] OR the parent/legal guardian of a minor participant, and I am authorized to enter into this agreement on their behalf.

Statement of Confidentiality: As a condition of my involvement with persons seeking assistance from Jivanamasteya Trust, I agree to keep confidential any information shared with me. I understand that no information concerning clients shall be released to other agencies or persons without the signed, written consent of those involved. I recognize that the unauthorized release of confidential information may make me subject to civil action. I further understand that violation of this agreement is grounds for termination of my service.

Volunteer/Internship Appointment Letter Confirmation: I acknowledge receipt of the Volunteer/Internship Appointment Letter containing rules, regulations, terms, and conditions of Jivanamasteya Trust. It is my responsibility to read and comply with Jivanamasteya Trust guidelines as outlined in the Appointment Letter. If I have any questions about the information contained in the Appointment Letter, I will ask my supervisor, Mentor or the Volunteer Coordinator for clarification. I understand that revised information may modify existing guidelines. I further understand that my failure to uphold the volunteer guidelines may result in dismissal from the volunteer program. I have read and understood the above statements and agree to adhere to the handbook.

Audio/Photo/Video Media Release: I grant permission to Jivanamasteya Trust and its agents or employees to use photographs, video, and audio recordings of me. These images may be used in educational and documentary materials such as Public Service Announcements, Grant Applications, Video Documentaries, and both printed and online newsletters. Furthermore, I authorize the use of my image, likeness, and voice for all program promotion, materials, and any other purposes in connection with the program deemed appropriate and necessary by Jivanamasteya Trust. I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless Jivanamasteya Trust and its agents or employees, including any firm publishing and/or distributing the finished product in whole or in part, whether on paper, via electronic media, or on websites, from any claim, damages, or liability arising from or related to the use of the photographs/video, including but not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction, or production of the finished product, its publication, or distribution. By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge that I have filled out the Online Volunteer Application form and accepted all terms, policies, and agreements found on Jivanamasteya Trust’s website.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Location: The head office or registered communication office of the NGO, also known as Jivanamasteya Trust, is located at 10/D, Shree Kunthunath Tower, Umra, Surat – 395007.
2. Confidentiality: You shall maintain utmost secrecy regarding project documents, commercial offers, design documents, project cost estimations, technology, software package licenses, Trust’s policies, trademarks, and human asset profiles.
3. Compliance: You agree to comply with all rules and regulations framed by the Trust from time to time.
4. Non-Disclosure: Any technical or other important information acquired during your assignment shall not be disclosed, divulged, or made public, even thereafter.
5. Termination: In our sole discretion, if you are found to be a non-performer, guilty of fraud, dishonesty, disobedience, disorderly behavior, negligence, indiscipline, absence from duty without permission, or any conduct considered detrimental to our interests or in violation of the terms of this Agreement, your services may be terminated without notice, and damages may be sought from you.
6. Gifts and Gratification: You shall not accept any present, commission, or gratification in cash or kind from any person, party, firm, or company having dealings with the NGO. Any offer should be promptly reported to the Management.
7. Property: You are responsible for the safekeeping and return in good condition of all Trust/NGO property in your use, custody, or charge.
8. Social Profile: You shall comply with internal policies regarding your online social profile and refrain from posting anything that may damage the reputation of the Trust and its trustees.
9. Policy Changes: You acknowledge that the terms, conditions, and policies may be changed, amended, added, or removed, and these changes will immediately apply to all interns and volunteers. It is your responsibility to regularly review our legal policies or contact us at info@.jivanamasteya.org for specific queries.
10. Additional Rules: Additional rules and terms specific to the Internship Platform, now known as JIALD (Jivanamasteya Impactful Action and Leadership Development), will be communicated and apply to you accordingly. The same will be communicated on Volunteer perform. this terms of use eqully applicable on Interns and Volunteer.

The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction.    1. Non-Redressal Guarantee: Refunds are not granted post 3 days due to the nonprofit nature of these programs. These initiatives involve significant investment in premium resources, time, and support provided by the NGO.

      Program Details:

      • UdānSeed: Refunds are not applicable after 3 days from the date of payment. This program is designed to support entrepreneurs and startups on a nonprofit basis, utilizing substantial resources to ensure comprehensive mentoring and coaching.
      • Project Karnav: Similarly, refunds are not processed after 3 days due to the nonprofit commitment involved in providing professional-level support and resources. This program aims to facilitate positive impacts and responses within legal frameworks.
      • Premium Resources: Both programs utilize premium resources and expert support, which are committed upon enrollment and cannot be retracted.
      • Legal Compliance: All refund requests must align with the terms specified in the individual program agreements and Jivanamasteya’s policies.
5. Non-Redressal Guarantee Project Karnav under certain memberships – : After the completion of the applicable procedure and due time, if no resolution is achieved, you may request a refund, subject to the terms outlined in your plan. 
6. Essential Plan Exclusion: Refund facilities are not available for the Essential Plan.
