How We Work
Grievance

We receive grievances from our members through various channels, including online platforms, email, and direct communication.

Assessment

Upon receipt, we conduct an initial assessment of the grievance to understand its nature, urgency, and potential impact on the member.

Case Priority

The grievance is categorized based on its type (consumer, legal, social, Criminal, Matrimonial, Cross Border, etc.) and prioritized accordingly to ensure timely resolution.

Action

We develop a tailored action plan for addressing the grievance, outlining the steps and resources required to resolve the issue effectively.

Engagement

We engage with the member to gather additional information, clarify details, and provide support and reassurance throughout the process. We also engage Reformer, Shield and Changemaker members to provide various support.

Execution

Our team implements the action plan, utilizing our expertise and resources to address the grievance and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Monitoring

We monitor the progress of the resolution process closely, providing regular updates to the member and conducting follow-up actions as necessary.

Resolution

Once the grievance is resolved, we communicate the outcome to the member, ensuring their satisfaction and closing the case with appropriate documentation.
