It is well observed that for a common man, seeking justice is a huge deal of matter due to the increasing costs of litigation and relevant fees. We have also time tested our strategies helping many people who wanted to fight court cases on their own to expedite court proceeding or to minimize legal costs. Sometimes, an advocate may not present the matter as good as a party in person, and people who believe in it can pursue our support to pursue justice.

This Donation plan is recommended for all Indian Citizen and NRI who reside in India for contesting multiple court cases, complaints or cases in India at all levels of court from Local, District, Session, High Court and/or Supreme Court. Our expert team including expert lawyer offers to draft, researching legal strategies, case studies in your matter, and further guide you on how to file case/petition/suit and court appearing strategies. We will also help you in a situation whereas court or opposite party intentionally avoid hearing or delay justice.

We will also assist you to hire advocate using free legal services of Central or State Government at your wish. We remain with you all the time in your journey to pursuit justice, with solid support and confidential strategies.

This plan cost heavily to NGOs, and a fraction of the cost is taken to meet administration costs from the member in a form of donation, which is voluntary. The consumer protection act encourages a consumer to appear before them without a lawyer. At Project Karnav, we do not retain any advocate/lawyer to represent you, however, we prepare your petition, collect and exhibit evidence effectively, that you may not require an advocate. Besides, at all stage of the hearing, presentation, we will guide you and if require escalate your grievance in the capacity of the NGO before the president of the consumer forum to expedite your matter in the best interest of justice. You save heavy fees of advocates, and it will significantly save time when you appear on yourself with NGO back up. Consumer Courts are separate from civil and criminal courts, and they are consumer-friendly and helpful.

You can also explore our custom support whereas we coordinate, retain advocate for you with your consultation, and make a team to achieve common goals. we can talk to your chosen lawyer. our goal in the process will be to ensure your lawyer is efficient, affordable and helpful to you. This is not a service, it’s free support. We encourage you, to defend your right as this ensure procedure flow smooth, fast and highly affordable. You need to bear the costs of the advocate and related expenses incurred. The charges of the lawyer need to be borne by you, as per actual. We do not make a profit. We do not engage in business activities with you. Hence we do not fall in the purview of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, and or other prevalent consumers, civil and criminal laws. If you read word service, it only means support on a non-profit base, and such term is being used to eliminate complicated works such as the beneficiary (Client). When we refund you the payment/donation made by you, it incurs a loss to us which we bear as an NGO in the best public spirit to encourage people to escalate their grievance. The payment you make against any non-profit membership plan is only cover expenses when expenses go beyond; we utilise our resources.
