“Project Karnav” is an initiative of a Jivanam Asteya  which is an NGO/NPO Registered Under The Bombay Public Trust Act 1950,  in association with Individual professionals and associates cannot provide legal advice, or opinion, to a consumer and citizens (our beneficiaries) about possible legal rights, remedies, defences, options, or approach the courts of law on their behalf. There is no intention to create a client-attorney relationship. The Terms of Service provide that your use of www.jivanamasteya.org will signify that you agree to this Disclaimer. If you need legal advice for your specific problem, or if your specific problem is too complex to be addressed by our service, we strongly urge you to contact an advocate or a chartered accountant or a relevant expert or regulatory authorities.

As an NGO/TRUST under Project Karnav Program we do not sell product or services to you, and if charge any, it is to meet expenses on your behalf and to meet administrative costs. We do not make a profit. We do not engage in business activities with you. Hence we do not fall in purview of Consumer Protection Act, 1986, and or other prevalent consumer, civil and criminal laws. If you read word service, it only means support on a non-profit base, and such term is being used to eliminate complicated works such as beneficiary. When we refund you the payment/donation made by you, it incurs a loss to us which we bear as an NGO in the best public spirit to encourage people to escalate their grievance.  The payment you make against any non-profit membership plan is only cover expenses when expenses go beyond; we utilise our resources. Consumer petition must be filed before forum by yourself under all plans except under PICR plan we specifically agree to assist further, and it does not cover under any plan except you have correctly chosen specific plan like PICR. If you have a grievance against us, write in a letter to our office address at JivanamAsteya.org, 10/D, Shri Kunthunath tower, Umra, Surat 395007, Gujarat. Send by Registered post, ensure we get a hand to hand delivery duly signed by the postman. If you send us notice or letter which we do not receive duly acknowledged by us, will be considered null and void, except otherwise it is confirmed from our end. Sometimes a notice/letter is dropped down the building which never delivered to our office. We are not into commercial activities, not sell any services.

Project Karnav or Jivanam Asteya Trust (www.jivanamasteya.org) is not a alternate dispute resolution platform or any representative or part of government organization. Project Karnav is a online Consumer-Citizen Complaint Resolution and Assistance Forum. We are Victim Support Service provider social workers.

We are not representative or part of government nor we are the primary source or platform where you shall lodge your complaint. we work for the betterment and empowerment of consumer-citizen of India. We communicate with the department or person against whom you have grievance to resolve. we exchange proper thoughts, information and necessary documentation to escalate issues and resolution.  For Filing Police Complaint, you must have lodge complaint to your local police station. When you have your right violated, you may seek our assistance. We do create social campaign on the basis of facts provided by you but if anything turn out against the law or your supply fake information, we hold no responsibility for anything.

For Free services except for seminar and workshop basis, a user must be a part of our Facebook Forum.
• We may have a partnership with NGO, however, we do not accept resources in the form of money but their skilled volunteer such as Lawyer, Social worker to get help for our client for best of their result, in the interest of human rights.
