The consumer protection act encourages a consumer to appear before them without a lawyer. Besides, at all stage of the hearing, presentation, we will guide you and if require escalate your grievance in the capacity of the NGO before the president of the consumer forum to expedite your matter in the best interest of justice. Consumer Courts are separate from civil and criminal courts, and they are consumer-friendly and helpful.
