Frequently asked questions
How long does membership last?
Each plan is described as a 12-month membership. Please confirm the start date, renewal terms and current plan conditions with the Trust before enrolling.
What is the difference between the plans?
Fighter is the free entry-level plan. Activist adds further learning and participation benefits. Changemaker includes the higher level of library access, counselling sessions and family benefits described in the approved plan details.
Does membership guarantee legal representation or a favourable result?
No. Membership does not guarantee court representation, a favourable outcome or acceptance of every matter. Support depends on the plan’s scope, eligibility, capacity and applicable terms.
Can I request Subsidized Legal Aid separately?
Subsidized Legal Aid has its own process and conditions. Contact the Trust to confirm the available options, costs and eligibility before proceeding.
Can I claim an 80G tax benefit?
Any tax deduction depends on the Trust’s applicable approval and the donor’s circumstances. Please confirm eligibility and documentation with the Trust or your chartered accountant before claiming a deduction.
Can I register and pay on this page right now?
No. This is a test page for reviewing the design and content. The enquiry buttons open an email, and online registration, member access and payment have not been connected or verified here.
