Here are steps you should consider while filing a complaint yourself:

1. Report their Customer Care about your grievance by email and intimate them to resolve your issue within 3 days.

2. If not resolved, write them a notice stating unfair trade practices and another subject as apply to your case and send them notice under consumer protection Act. Write about your transaction detail and grievance in the notice, however, ensure your notice remain formal, to the point. Moreover, inform them how their poor services caused you mental harassment and demand compensation and to resolve an issue within 15 days otherwise you will approach consumer court. Wait for another 15 days to resolve an issue and if it remains unresolved then approach consumer court. Consumer court is Consumer friendly and reasonably helpful.

3. Create a free blog, Facebook page, group and post all facts and evidence regarding your issue. Spread your story online. Use SEO friendly words. Use Google AdWords Keyword Planner to find the best word so maximum people can read your story.

4. Write the same story on a major online forum. Avoid use fraud, scam words to protect you from criminal and civil defamation. Defective products or services are not always a scam.

5. Write a public petition and get maximum people to sign it and when it reach to 50,000 members send it to consumer affair department, CC to Flipkart.com.

6. Add your story to google review and other review sites of Flipkart.

7. Issue press release and submit to major newspaper editor online. The more you emphasize on your cause, more you get likes, promotions, and support.

8. Find VC and Investor of Flipkart and write a letter to them for ethical investment.

9. There are many other steps you can take including legal, social steps. you can involve and engage Government, International Organization in your cause to stress on Flipkart to act ethically.

10. Criminal Action under cheating, fraudulent, breach of trust may be initiated, depending upon the merit of the case under section 406, 420 of IPC and section of IT Act (Cyber Crime) may further apply. Seek Legal advice from your lawyer on it.

    I had purchased electronic led blubs which were delivered to me after 11 days of my order and they delivered me totally damaged product. For which I have been complaining since last 23 days regularly to all the authorities possible. Everyone including the manager of the company gave me false promises that the problem would be resolved soon but still non action taken and yeah when I asked them how many more days this is going to continue they simply cut the call including the manager. Their courier partner dhlivery message me every day that they would do the reverse pickup but non one has yet come for the pickup. Such a big name of the company and such big fraud.

      My Customer Service .6290.55.5479. My order is boat Rockerz 333ANC with Crystal Bionic Sound,13mm Drivers &Active Noise Cancellation Bluetooth Headset. I am received different product. So I returned the product. The Product was pickuped by DELHIVERY courier. Day by day I am call the customer care support

      Track your issue

      Order id- OD328806050185695100. This product was to be delivered on 5th today is 16th & product isnt delivered yet. Each time i talked to your no-good useless customer service they dont provide any resolution, they are rude and unprofessional.
      You poeple cant even deliver a simple product? What a shame. I have made countless calls/messages to you people but till now its been 2 weeks & neither my product is delivered no one has reached me out or returned my money! PATHETIC! Really Disgusted by the staff. IS FLIPKART REALLY A BRAND? Is this how brand treats their valuable customers?you people no RESPECT for the customers & do u think I am idle to wait for months for a product? Unlike you people we prefer to work on our jobs. DEEPLY DISTURBED BY THIS TREATMENT and I am going to take a strict action against this. DO you think customers are stupid and you can take advantage anytime you people want? I will file a consumer court complaint against this harassment and mental torture you people put me through this week. YOU PEOPLE CANT EVEN DELIVER A PRODUCT, SHAME. ALL THIS PEOPLE SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED FOR THEIR MIS-BEHAVIOR and IGNORANCE. Now customer had to tell you to do your job. What is the company doing? Your employees are rude and ignorant and there is no accountability left. TILL date I am the one whos been calling and calling, no one else reached out to me for delivery. In todays time where there are 100 of companies offering same service who are willing to go to great lengths for their customers, still I decided to go with FLIPKART. So-called brand? WHAT A JOKE?
      I WILL ALSO LODGE A POLICE INQUIRY AGAINST THE SELLER AND FLIPKART PERSONNEL WHO ARE SCAMMING THE CUSTOMERS. SERIOUSLY such a AUDACITY. No one knows how to talk to customers, and they are so very well trained in ignoring the calls and talking rudely, I guess you forgot to train on how to actually do their JOBS!! ITS been 2 weeks and even after taking money you people have no shame in delaying the service. SUCH A FRAUD COMPANY. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYONE. PATHETIC and CHEAPEST SERVICE I CAME ACROSS.

    Need your intervention in this matter as many millions of also affected with Same issue.

        मेने 1 महीने पहले अप्रेल में फ्लिपकार्ट से पटेल नाइक प्रफियम ऑर्डर किया था जो मुझे 27 अप्रेल को मिल गया लेकिन प्रोडोक्ट प्रफियुम की बॉटल पूरी तरह से टूटी हुई थीं तो डिलेवरी बॉय ने बोला सईद बॉटलगई कोई बात नहि खोल कर देख लेना फूटी हो तो वापस रिटर्न हो जायेगा ऑफिस में रिटर्न का नोटी फेक्सन आयेगी तो डिलेवरी बॉय लेने आ जायेगा मेने जब उसको खोला और देखा तो प्रॉडक्ट टूटा हुआ और जब मैंने फिलिपकार्ट ऐप से रिटर्न करने का ऑफ सन चुना तो उसमे रिटर्न पॉलिसी नही है बताया गया मुझे उसके बाद मैने कस्टमर केयर में बात और मेरी समस्या बताई तो मुझे 2 मई तक दूसरा प्रोडेक्ट भेजने का बोला और 2 मई को प्रोडेक्ट डिलेवरी बॉय लेकर भी आया
        लेकिन उसने पहले वाला प्रोडेक्ट फूटा देख कर लेने से और देने से इंकार कर दीया बोला आप कस्टमर केयर में बात करना वो आपको पैसा रिटेन भेजेगा
        में प्रोडेक्ट नहीं दे सकता और आप मुझ पर दबाव नही दे सकते फिर उसने नही दिया और चला गया फिर मैंने और कस्टमर केयर में बात की ओर मुझे बोला आपकी कॉम्फलें लिख ली गईं है आपको आपका प्रोडेक्ट मिल जायेगा फिर भी ऐसा कुछ नही हुआ ऐसे मेने कस्टमर केयर में 4 से। 5 बार बात की मुझे हर बार ये ही कहा गया सर आपको आपका प्रोडेक्ट मिल जायेगा और ऐसा कुछ नही में इसकी वजह से पिछले 1 महीने से परेशान हूं

      मेरा आर्डर आईडी:-OD428319153796992100 है जो कि मुझे 18जून को प्राप्त हुई. जब मैं पार्सल खोल कर देखी तो उसमे Pack of 5 होने के बदले pack of 4 था. तो मैं पूरी बात Flipkart customer care में कॉल कर के बताई . उनके तरफ से रिटर्न रिक्वेस्ट स्वीकार हुई . लेकीन कोरियर बॉय बोले हम आपका प्रोडक्ट वापस नहीं ले जा सकते हैं इसमें Pack of 5 दिख रहा है . उसके बाद मैं लगातार Flipkart customer care में फ़ोन की लेकिन उनके तरफ से कोई Respone नही लिया जा रहा है और ना ही EKART Logistic Team से भी कोई Respone नही लिया जा रहा है.courier Boy बार – बार बोल रहे हैं हम आपका प्रोडक्ट वापस नहीं ले कर जाएंगे…..

      आज जब हम Flipkart CUSTOMER care में फोन की तो बहुत ही बदतमीजी और अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग किया गया.
      और COURIER BOY भी अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग किया गया…

      ……. जब हम दोनो को बोले आपकी शिकायत करेंगे तो उनके तरफ से बोला गया कंप्लेन करना है कर दो मेरा कोई कुछ नही उखाड़ सकता है…

    Sir, I have got my LG led TV on 7 the October and was told that the installation will be done on the very next day but no one has came yet for the installation. I have been continuously calling them but no one is receiveing the call.

    yes this is the face of flipkart as they are selling faulty product but never take the ownership as well as never provide the resolution, so my question is that why are u selling this kind of product which can’t work at least minimum,, as flipkart purchase order life is 6 or maximum 12 months,, then after you will show that we are unable to process as order is beyond TAT as well as brand will also not take the ownership,,, in this customer suffer,, what is the mistake of customer as purchase the product with flipkart as full faith,, i am also suffering this kind of issue as we are getting same copy or paste reply from escalation team,, as well as their escalation team shouting or argument with me that this is your mistake to purchase the order or i will see who will help in this or post same comment whenever you post,,, is this India largest in eCommerce company

    initially delivery suppose to be 15th november 2016 then they kept on changing the promise dates multiple times. After calling customer care multiple times now they are telling again to wait till 25th of November. Since they are not able to deliver they are saying that they were not able to contact me, which is a big lie since I called them more than 5 times on that day.
    The product cost is increased now and may be due to this reason they are delaying which is not clear.
    Online status shows that the item is shipped by seller on 12th of november 2016.

    I ordered two sarees from Flipkart but when I received the product, I found that the quality isn’t satisfactory. I filed a complaint to Flipkart and requested for return and they even agreed. They promised to pick up the product from my doorstep and they asked me to mail the other one to them to their warehouse address and so I did. But it has has been more than 30 days they have neither picked up the product nor received my courier. I have literally called them every day and they kept on saying the same thing that they will pick up the product, This is really embarrassing and annoying. Where is the consumer security? Is that the kind of deal they provide?

    i had purchased a new phone red-mi note-3 with rs 12000 but when i got open the box of flip kart. the phone screen got damage from top side corner. i have logged this complaints to flip kart customer care but they did not get any salutation on this. i need to replace my phone plzzzzzzzzz

    I had purchased a product worth 8999/ I swap my card. For the payment . And the amount deducted from my account and the machine shows decline. They said me that they didn’t get the payment so u take it by cash . Your money will be credited to your account but still it not solved. Please help me.
